We dealt with Julie and Mike a few months ago in buying our new home and selling our old one. After signing the agreement for our beautiful new home, panic began to set in. It was the middle of winter, not the most ideal time to sell, and we had to sell our current house immediately with a new baby due in 3 weeks. The night before the offer date, we were feeling nervous, but pretty confident that we would have at least one offer the next day. That night I went into labour and had our beautiful baby girl on the morning of our offer date. We let Mike take care of everything, he got us our asking price, and the long closing date that we wanted. Mike came to the hospital so we could sign the papers. My husband passed me what seemed like a billion papers to sign, one by one, on the hospital bed as our newborn baby slept beside me... What more could we ask for?
